Victoria Olohigbe Tongman is a graduate of Business Administration from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos. Mrs. Tongman has attended so many executive training programs here in Nigeria.

She commenced her career in 1994 as a Supervisor with Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria where she worked for sixteen years. She then left to establish her own company (Goshen Shelters Limited) in 2009, where she has developed several estates in Abuja, before setting up Brave Genius Educational Resources Limited.

Tongman is the Founder of Brave Genius; the company has relied mainly on her visionary and business development competence. She has been instrumental in acquiring local and international business partnerships for the company.
